Online Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s).
– refunds are made to the original method of payment, (less shipping and handling).
– shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
– no exchanges or returns on fabric or custom drapery panel orders.
– a full refund will be issued to you once we receive your returned product (s), in the same condition that you received it.
– The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
