Return Policy
Online Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s).
– refunds are made to the original method of payment, (less shipping and handling).
– shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
– no exchanges or returns on fabric or custom drapery panel orders.
– a full refund will be issued to you once we receive your returned product (s), in the same condition that you received it.
– The shipper is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
– Please email info@keylimeinteriors.ca for return shipping address, prior to shipping your product back.
Shipping Policy
We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information.
Domestic Shipping – shipping charges per Canada Post
Free shipping is offered for orders $100 CAD or more. No discount code needed.
Local Pick Up – Free
If you live within a comfortable driving distance of Strathroy, Ontario you can avoid shipping fees by selecting the shipping option “Local Pick Up”.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an address and instructions on how and where to pick up your order.
If you live within a 15 minute drive of Strathroy, we will be happy to deliver your order to your front door!
